Who is responsible

What we collect

• Data you send: name, phone, email, city, credit goal and your answers in the diagnosis form.
• Browsing data: pages visited, visit source (including campaign parameters) and basic technical browser information.
• Credit information: only when you engage the service and expressly authorize it, including reports and documents you provide.

How we use it

• To respond to you and prepare the requested analysis.
• To deliver the contracted service, including disputes with bureaus and furnishers.
• To meet legal obligations and keep a record of communications.
• To improve site content, in aggregate.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not ask for bank passwords, card PINs or access to your bank account.
• We do not share your report information with third parties without your written authorization, except where required by law.

Who we may share with

Only providers necessary to deliver the service (for example, mailing services and support platforms), always at the minimum necessary, and with licensed professionals when you request a referral.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the engagement and for the period required to meet legal obligations and evidence the services performed. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and ask to stop receiving contact, by writing to contact@buldorainvest.com. Deletion requests are honored except where retention is legally required.

Cookies

We use browser local storage only to remember the source of your visit (campaign or referring site) and improve service. You can clear it from your browser at any time.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The update date appears at the top of this page.
